bye bye 20s!

My 30th birthday has now come and gone. Kril threw me a great party which was a surprise. Some of my closest friends were able to be there, and sadly some of best friends weren't. That's okay, I'll see you soon! We had some super yummy shish kabobs. Kril made me a cake which was also yummy. I got a few fabulous presents. Kril gave me Counting Crows/ Maroon 5 tickets. For those of you that don't know I have been wanting to see Counting Crows in concert for over 10 years. Kim L. will go to the concert with me. Woo hoo! Lisa and Andy gave me a case of Jones' Soda with a picture of Kril and I with a personalized message. How creative! My mom and dad gave me some money for new running shoes. Just in time too. My feet started hurting at the gym last week in my old running shoes. Lisa, Addison and Andy came for 3 days. Lisa and I were able to see the new Chronicles of Narnia movie (we never get to see movies). Kril and Andy played a lot of Mariokart on the Wii. We get to spend another weekend with Lisa and Andy in Abilene for Memorial Day. Yay!

Everyone asks me if I feel older. No. Maybe that's a good thing. I've had 2 babies. Gained a lot of weight with both pregnancies and lost all the weight plus some. So far, only 2 gray hairs have been found. Eeeek. Now I am 30 years old and I'm wondering what kinds of adventures lie ahead for me. I have done a lot of crazy and adventurous things in my life. What will be next? Kril and I look forward to the journey ahead of us.

Happy birthday, yet again! So you're not going to be at home for Memorial Day? I was kind of hoping you would be...because we are going to be in Dallas! Eh, oh well.

Hugs.
